Psychologizing Law, Policy, and Politics is not only the name of this blog, but also the name of the project I’m initiating, one that applies psychological insights to forge an integrated understanding of law, policy, and politics.
The primary driver of this effort is the current situation in the United States, but it will take a global perspective as well.
At this juncture, the underlying activities remain plans-in-progress, but I expect they will include a published law review essay explaining the psychologizing concept as developed here, as well as some type of podcast or webinar series.
